The Lesser Key of Solomon (also called the Ars Goetia) is a grimoire from the 1600s that has instructions for summoning 72 DEMONS!! THE SOLOMONIC LEGEND:
According to Jewish and Islamic tradition King Solomon possessed a magic ring given to him by the Archangel Michael. With this ring he could COMMAND DEMONS and he made them build the First Temple in Jerusalem!! He also bound 72 demons in a brass vessel and cast them into a lake in Babylon. Pretty cool if you ask me. IMPORTANT: The Orders practices mirror these Solomonic rituals by attempting to bind control and utilize supernatural entities. PAIMONS ATTRIBUTES: These powers connect directly to SH2s themes!! The "In Water" ending the "Rebirth" endings resurrection ritual Jamess journey to uncover suppressed truths. Konami really did their homework on this one (for once lol). 🐐 AZAZEL - In the Book of Enoch (which is NOT in most Bibles but should be) Azazel is the leader of the WATCHERS - the 200 angels who abandoned heaven to descend to Earth. He taught humans forbidden knowledge like weaponry and cosmetics (yes really lol). Hes portrayed as the chief architect of human corruption!! The scapegoat ritual in Leviticus 16:8 is literally ABOUT HIM: "one lot for the Lord and the other for the scapegoat [Azazel]." The natives believed in MANITOU - a universal spiritual energy flowing through everything that could be manipulated through shamanic practices. This pre-existing spiritual substrate is CRUCIAL to understanding how Silent Hill functions. In ancient Jerusalem there was a place called TOPHET (also called the Valley of Hinnom or Gehenna) where people burned children alive in bronze statues as offerings to Molech!! ♰ NEW TESTAMENT REFERENCES (yes really) ♰OK so the MOVIE (which some people say isnt canon but WHATEVER) has actual Bible verses on a billboard which is metal af!! The film has issues but THIS PART is 100% accurate to the themes of the series. 📖 1 CORINTHIANS 6:2-3 (THE BILLBOARD) 📖The 2006 Silent Hill film features a billboard with explicit scrip ture - the most direct New Testament quotation in any Silent Hill media: "Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Do you not know that we shall judge angels?" The Apostle Paul is rebuking members of the early church in Corinth for taking disputes to secular courts rather than resolving them within the Christian community. He argues that if believers are destined for such high cosmic authority in the future they should certainly be capable of handling minor earthly disagreements!! THE CONNECTION: Alessa is judged by the Order in a similar manner - condemned by those who claim divine authority yet act as hipocrites!! Christabella and the rest of her order in the film are a cinematic analogy for the PHARISEES - the religious scholars who opposed Jesus and eventually pushed for His execution!! Hes primarily associated with Jewish mysticism and early mystical traditions described as a celestial scribe who writes down everything that happens!! In sacred geometry Metatrons Cube is derived from the "Fruit of Life" and represents the underlying structure of ALL OF CREATION often linked to the flow of creative energy through the universe.

This means in Silent Hill the Lesser Keys Flauros links to Kabbalistic geometry rather than treating them as separate occult references. ITS ALL CONNECTED.
